Ethics Training and Fiscal and Financial Training:

California law requires certain City of Portola officials to complete periodic training in public service ethics and in fiscal and financial administration. The City maintains records of this training, and those records are available to the public.

Who is required to complete training:

Covered officials are defined in Government Code sections 53234 through 53235.2 and related provisions.

How to request training records:

Training records are public records under the California Public Records Act.
